PSPS Govt PG College for Women bags 1st prize in One day workshop on 'Patents and IPR'S'

JAMMU: Haspreet Kour, the semester 3rd student of PSPS, Govt. PG College for Women has bagged First prize in One day workshop on "Patents and IPR'S".

The one day Workshop was organized by J&K Science Technology and Innovation Council at Maulana Azad Memorial College on 6th of December, 2022.

In this workshop students from different colleges presented their innovative ideas in the form of Powerpoint Presentations and demonstrations.

Two students from GCW, Gandhi Nagar participated in this workshop and presented their Innovations in the form of PPT and Models. Ms Haspreet Kour presented her Innovation on 3D holograms by a working model.

She demonstrated how without consumption of electricity her model can produce 3D images by using the natural source of light. She bagged 1st prize for this nature friendly useful innovative idea.

The Principal of the College Prof. Minu Mahajan appreciated her efforts and said that there was tremendous potential among our students which needs proper channelization through proper guidance.

Haspreet Kour worked under the guidance of Dr Anju Koul for her presentation.
