BARAMULLA: A farewell function was organized today at the Meeting Hall of the Deputy Commissioner's office here to bid farewell to Hilal Ahmad Wani, Accounts Officer, on his transfer to the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE).

The event was presided over by Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Minga Sherpa and attended by the Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Joint Director Planning (JDP), Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR), District Information Officer, District Informatics Officer, and other senior officials.

Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner and other officers lauded Wani's professionalism, integrity, and commendable service during his tenure at the DC Office Baramulla. His contribution to the financial and administrative functions of the office was highly appreciated by the officers.

As a gesture of respect and appreciation, a memento was presented to Hilal Ahmad Wani by the district administration. The officers extended their best wishes for his future endeavours and success in his new role at JKBOSE.
