JU's Kathua Campus organizes an Industrial Talk on Customer Communication Management

KATHUA: Department of Computer Science & IT, Kathua Campus, University of Jammu (JU) organized an industrial talk titled "Customer Communication Management (CCM)" for the students of the Campus.

Shubham Sharma, Senior Composition Developer, BelWo Services (India) Private Limited, Mohali was the resource person. He enriched the students with his vast experience in the industry.

Sharma said that in today's highly competitive business landscape, effective customer communication plays a pivotal role in building strong relationships, enhancing brand loyalty and driving business growth.

He further said CCM tools are the cutting-edge platforms that combine the power of natural language processing with the advanced automation capabilities to transform the way businesses engage with their customers.

He also discussed various CCM tools that aid organizations to manage the business communications across a variety of platforms.

Dr. Meenakshi Kilam, Rector, Kathua Campus, University of Jammu in her message said that these types of thoughtful interactions with the industry experts are helpful in augmenting the knowledge of students.

Dr. Kilam while emphasizing upon the significance of such programmes stated that the technology has revolutionized the education sector and NEP-2020 is also focusing to strengthen the academic-industry collaboration.

She encouraged the students to work on similar lines and focus on the practical implementation along with the understanding of concepts.

Dr. Sourabh Shastri, Organizing Secretary of the programme and Incharge Head, Computer Science, Kathua Campus welcomed the resource person and suggested the students to take benefit of these types of interactive sessions to acquaint themselves for the IT industry.

Dr. Sunny Sharma, Coordinator of the programme delivered vote of thanks and Ritika Goyal coordinated the whole programme.

Pranav Ratta, Dr. Zahin Ansari, Gaurav Sharma, Avni Sharma, Tiharika Nath, Kamakshi, Sandeep Raj, Sushant Gagal, Vishavjeet, Komal Khadotra, Pallavi, Saravdaman Sharma, Rakshit Khajuria and other faculty members were also present during the programme.
