GDC Marh organises counseling session on career in Management, allied fields

JAMMU: Career Counselling Cell, Government Degree College Marh, in collaboration with Triumphant Institute of Management Education Ltd on Wednesday organized a counseling session on career options in Management and allied fields.

The program was conducted under the guidance of Principal Prof. (Dr.) Rakesh Kumar Koul.

He appreciated that the session would provide comprehensive insights into the dynamic landscape of MBA programs in India. "This guidance will help students to make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures", he hoped

The resource person of the event was Aryan Gupta, Centre head, Triumphant Institute of Management Education Ltd Jammu.

He deliberated in detail about the attractive job avenues that management courses offer.

He demystified many myths surrounding MBA courses. He elaborated on how to prepare for entrance tests for MBA Programs. Later, an interactive session ensued where students cleared their doubts.

In the end, a scholarship test was conducted to offer waivers to students who score well in tests helping them to have professional coaching support.

The entire event was managed by Madhvi Parasher (Convenor, Career Counselling Cell) and Dr. Sheetal Sharma (HOD Dogri).

Technical support was provided by Mohit Kalotra (MTS.) 49 students including Sanjana, Pallavi, Rohit Kumar, and Sandeep Mottan participated in the workshop.

They interacted with the resource persons and gave their feedback.
