JAMMU: On the directions of senior police officers, keeping in view the prevailing security senario in the region, a detailed security assessment and review of Wave Mall was conducted by SP South, Ajay Sharma, along with SDPO East Sheezan Bhat, SHO Bahu Fort and IC PP Narwal.

The review included the perimeter security, parking area security and management, floor security, access control, crowd management, crowd evacuation, response of the Wave Mall security men deployed, briefing of all staff including cinema staff, working of PA system inside the mall, fire safety etc

The extensive security review and assessment was conducted from 1615 hrs to 1920 hrs in participation of all floor managers, GM Wave Mall, security head, incharge CCTV Monitoring, parking incharge, fire safety incharge, incharge electric equipment's and fittings etc.

Later, an interaction with the public present in the Mall was held.
