DODA: Govt. Dy. SP Aman Thakur Memorial Degree College, Kastigarh celebrated the 11th International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and active participation.

Aligning with this year's theme "Yoga for One Earth, One Health" the event was organized under the guidance of the college Principal, Prof. Koshal Kumar Mangotra.

The celebration began with a peaceful serenity prayer led by Dr. Anupam Lata, creating a spiritual atmosphere for the session.

Principal Prof. Mangotra addressed the gathering and emphasized the significance of celebrating International Yoga Day.

Students and staff members actively performed various yoga asanas and pranayama under the supervision of Dr. Arjun Singh, PTI of the college. Dr. Arjun also addressed the audience and elaborated on the importance of incorporating yoga into daily routines for holistic well-being.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Anupam Lata. Several faculty members including Assistant Prof. Sat Pal, Manmohan, Sachin Thakur, Gulam Qadir and others contributed to the success of the event.
