SRINAGAR: Amid a spate of attacks on civilians, especially migrant workers in Kashmir, a high-level meeting in the Raj Bhavan is going to take place today, reports said.

Reports said that the meeting would be attended by top security officials including, Northern Army Commander, J&K DGP, Corps Commanders and officers from several other intelligence agencies.
