Three new criminal laws explained in this Urdu document issued by J&K Police

SRINAGAR: Three new criminal laws Bharatiya Nyaya (Second) Sanhita, 2023 (the new IPC); Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha (Second) Sanhita, 2023 (the new CrPC); and Bharatiya Sakshya (Second) Act, 2023 (the new Evidence Act) will be soon implemented in the country.

To raise awareness on the laws among the people, Jammu and Kashmir Police has issued a document in Urdu language.
