One-week Management Development Program for entrepreneurs begins at Doda

DODA: The Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI), in collaboration with District Employment Centre today launched a one-week (30-hour) Management Development Program (MDP) for local MSME Unit owners under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) scheme.
The program was inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Harvinder Singh and organised under the aegis of the Industries & Commerce Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir. The initiative aims to build the managerial capacity of local entrepreneurs, MSME owners, and budding business leaders.
The Deputy Commissioner emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship in driving economic growth and generating employment in the region. He appreciated the efforts of JKEDI in promoting a vibrant entrepreneurial culture across the district.
The DC interacted with the participants, encouraging them to make full use of the opportunity. He emphasized the critical role of the MSME sector in driving local economic growth and assured full support from the district administration in promoting entrepreneurship. He also lauded JKEDI's continuous efforts in nurturing the spirit of self-employment and skill development in the region.
