Kathua administration conducts anti-encroachment drive at village Basantpur

KATHUA: The Revenue team of Tehsil Kathua, under the overall supervision of Deputy Commissioner Dr. Rakesh Minhas, today carried out an anti-encroachment drive at Village Basantpur near Nora Bridge to retrieve Government land.

During the drive, a shed constructed illegally on state land bearing Khasra No. 254 was demolished. Besides, a shop constructed on state land under Khasra No. 213 was also dismantled.

Pertinently, the district administration has taken a firm stance against illegal encroachments and today's action is part of its continued efforts to safeguard government land from unauthorised occupation.
