JAMMU: The Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police for Jammu-Samba-Kathua (JSK) Range, Dr Sunil Gupta, inaugurated a two-week refresher course for Personal Security Officers (PSOs) at CTC Sunjwan.

Organized by Commandant IRP-14th Battalion APC Channi Himmat, Jammu, the program aimed to enhance the skills of PSOs.

Addressing the trainees, DIG Dr Sunil Gupta emphasized the importance of completing the course with vigor, highlighting its role in enhancing physical fitness crucial for future law enforcement and anti-militancy operations across diverse terrains.

Among the dignitaries present were SSP Abrar Ahmad Chowdhary, CO IRP 14th Battalion, Principal CTC Sunjwan SP Sanjay Sharma, Deputy CO SP Shivali Kotwal, DySPs Soma Ram Langhay and Raj Kumar Sharma, as well as Inspectors and other officers.
